How do I apply for merchant processing?

Use our application flow (or contact us). You may be asked for business details, ownership information, and documents such as a voided check and tax documents.

What documents might be required?
  • Voided check (or bank letter)
  • EIN confirmation (SS-4) or business registration docs
  • Photo ID for owners/principals (where required)
  • Recent processing statements (if switching processors)
How do I get help with a terminal / POS issue?

Contact support with your business name, terminal ID (if available), and a short description of the issue. If possible, include photos/screenshots and the exact error message.

How do chargebacks and disputes work?

If a dispute is opened, we’ll notify you (typically by email). Respond by the deadline with supporting documentation (receipt, invoice, proof of delivery/service, customer communications, etc.).

Do you store full card numbers?

No — cardholder data is processed through PCI-compliant partners. We do not store full primary account numbers (PANs) on our servers.
